Workout Wednesday: The 10-Minute Workout for Moms



Now that summer is here and school is out, you might be finding it even harder to fit your workout in every day. While getting to the gym before might’ve been hard, now it seems impossible with the kids home all day, not to mention the days when you shuttle them to summer sports and everything else.

We don’t want you to miss your workout, so this week we’ve got a workout just for the busy moms (and dads!) out there. Get your heart pumping and work those muscles—all in only 10 minutes!

This Week’s Workout


This short-but-sweet workout comes from, and offers some strength training for even the busiest parents. Tackle this three times every week, and you might notice differences in strength and weight in just a few weeks time.

The best part? Each of the seven moves in this routine can be done just about anywhere. They’re perfect for when the kids are napping or at sports practice, and did we mention the whole thing only takes 10 minutes?
