It’s circuit time once again! This circuit focuses on there areas that many women identify as their “problem areas.” While I know it’s not possible to target “fat loss” in any specific area, it is possible to work theseÂ muscles and this is a great way to do it. Warm up with light cardio first, then repeat each three-exercise circuit twice. Follow with a three minute Â cool down and you are done!
