Hi! Great article! It’s a big help to know this certain kind of things as people are getting more health conscious. With a wide array of health stuff around us, we tend to get confused and end up not benefiting from the “healthy activity” we’re doing because we pick the wrong stuff. Also, if we need a minimum of 150 mins a week to do these activities, do we have to go around endurance, strength, balance and flexibility? Or is it ok to stick to one?
