The best part of waking up is actually waking up, and it helps when you have special time set aside for yourself during your morning ritual. For me and my clients, we love our frothy mocha time in the morning before work.

What’s Your Awesome Threshold? Unicorn Fuel Recipe
- 2 cups of coffee (who really drinks only 1 cup?)
- 1 tbsp MCT oil (optional, and if it’s your first time only 1/2)
- 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tsp cacao
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- A pinch of cayenne
Blend. Stretch. Tell yourself how awesome you are for getting out of bed today.
Don’t cheat this recipe and just spoon-mix this drink. It will suck. Trust me, don’t cheapen such art. This is to be enjoyed so do it right. Brew the ingredients together to get the perfect blend.
Note: You can sub any favorite hot liquid if you aren’t a coffee drinker. I’ve made this with chai tea, coconut, milk, or just hot water. If you don’t have MCT oil, coconut oil will do. I’ve also added a few sprinkles of ginger to this recipe for my own cup of fuel. Try it!
