Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

  • 1 packet of Phat Fudge
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp each: ground coffee + vanilla + cayenne

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor / blender and freeze until firm. If you have a proper ice-cream maker, you can use that too!

Tip: Freeze your ice cream in ice cube trays. Then pop out the cubes into a Ziploc bag and keep in the freezer. That way whenever you’re ready to enjoy it, simply pop the cubes into the blender/processor until it gets nice and creamy again.
