Are you ready for a Coconut-Coffee-Nana flavor explosion?
This Paleo Banana Mocha Smoothie recipe is incredibly refreshing, nourishing, and great for a bit of a buzz, even if you’re not an avid coffee drinker. Paleo-friendly, this recipe blends Phat Fudge, frozen banana, coconut milk, and coffee for a nourishing, energizing treat. Keep reading to get started!
Side note: This has a banana, meaning it’s not going to make strictly Keto folks out there happy, but if you’re a renegade spirit / banana friend, give it a try.
Ingredients:
(Serves 1 – 2)
- 1 packet of Phat Fudge (that’s us!)
- 1 frozen banana (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1 heaping tsp ground coffee
Directions:
It’s so easy! Blend it all up and top with some tasty coconut chips and an optional raw cacao drizzle.
