As you know… laughter is very good for your health! So, here’s a health tip about laughing and smiling that we did for you as an example…

FYI- Your tip does not have to rhyme! Anything goes as long as it’s exactly 140 characters and something to do with health.

Ready to Play?

  1. You must have a Twitter account. Open one for free if you don’t have one and follow us on Twitter if you’re not already.

  2. After you’ve tweeted your health tip (one per person please), copy and paste your health tip along with the direct URL to your Tweet in the comments to this post.

    (to get the tweet URL, you click on the tweet time stamp, i.e. “4:32 PM July 25th” or “about 8 hours ago” or Click here for steps on how  to link directly to an individual Tweet).
  3. Make sure to include  @naturalhealthy in your tweet so everyone can view the entries. FYI,this will be part of your 140 characters. 140 characters  MINUS @naturalhealthy (16 characters) = 124 characters left! (check out our example above)

  4. Post your tip by 8:00 PM (CST) on or before August 10th, 2012.

That’s all there is to it, but remember…your health tip has to be exactly 140 characters, not more or less. That includes spaces, commas, periods, letters, etc.
