Movember is an awareness movement that takes place throughout the month of November. Men are encouraged to grow mustaches in an attempt to draw attention to men’s health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and even suicide. Statistics show that on average, men die 6 years earlier than women from complications that can be prevented.

Movember is a great reminder to get a status check on our mental health. This month, take a moment to talk to the man in your life about how he’s feeling mentally.
