Did you know a spice can really ease occasional pain?Â
Curcumin, which comes from the root of the spice tumeric, has benefits that might surprise you!
Fox News Health Expert and Medicine Hunter, Chris Kilham explains,
From my worldwide experience with natural medicines, I know that Curamin contains highly effective ingredients. I would recommend it to anyone experiencing occasional pain and I use it myself.
Chris researches natural remedies all over the world, and when he discovered Curamin by Terry Naturally, he came right out and said this Wisconsin-based Supplement is superior!
While I do not often direct readers to specific products, every once in a while I make exceptions for those that are unusually effective. In my estimation the branded product Curamin, made by Wisconsin-based EuroPharma, is a superior curcumin supplement.
Other than pain relief, Curcumin has been linked to quite a few other health benefits, including stress support, immune health, asthma support, and allergy relief.
Studies have even suggested it has anti-depressant and Alzheimer’s improvement benefits!

Other than Curamin, other best selling Terry Naturally products include, Adrenaplex, CuraMed, 12-Hour Energy and Thyroid Care.
Author, educator and owner of Terry Naturally, Terry Lemerond does a live radio show Saturdays from 8- 9 AM. He shares his health and nutrition knowledge while focusing on preventing or reversing specific health conditions like diabetes, pain and inflammation, thyroid function, cholesterol balance, and more!

I will appreciate your answer.
Felicia
Hi Felicia! Great to hear you’d like to try Curamin for your knee pain. The extra strength bottle says Recommended Use:
Adults: 1 tablet daily. May take as one tablet three times daily, or as needed. If pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. You can purchase that one with free shipping at this link http://www.naturalhealthyconcepts.com/curamin-extra-strength-120.html or the regular (not extra strength) has Recommended Use:
Adults: Take 3 capsules daily. May take as one capsule, three times daily, or as needed. You can purchase that one at this link http://www.naturalhealthyconcepts.com/curamin-120.html – I hope that helps! Let us know how it works out for you in a review on our site ; )
I take Curamed 2x daily for hip arthritis. It helps a bit,Is it safe to take more and if so what dose?
Hi Sandy, we can’t help with dosing questions or even recommend a product since we aren’t medical doctors. Please talk with your healthcare practitioner. The Curamin box reads: “Experience Safe and Effective Pain Relief” and the CuraMed reads: “Healthy Inflammation Response.” As you’ll see in other comments, you could ask Terry Lemerond at http://www.terrytalksnutrition.com/ask-a-question/. He may be able to help with dosing questions. Good luck!
can we consume turmeric root powder ? will it carry the same benefits as curcumin? I live in India and is easily available here. IF yes then what is the dosage and how should I consume it.
I was wondering the same thing, if just turmeric powder could be used. Apparently it is not feasible:
Q: Is there a difference between turmeric and curcumin?
A: Yes. Turmeric is the plant that provides curcumin. A typical
turmeric rhizome contains about 2-5% curcumin, so taking an unstandardized, powdered turmeric product means that very large amounts would be required to get a beneficial amount of curcumin. Additionally, curcumin is poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. While turmeric is excellent when used as a spice, a bioavailable curcumin extract, such as the BCM-95® used in Curamin® Extra Strength, is a better choice for health benefits.
Just wondering I had an ankle fusion about 2 1/2 months ago still going through the healing process. I have been proscribed the strongest medicine for the pain & it has led to constipation headaches no energy & it has been a concern. My question is how many extra strength curamin can I take at a time to help with the pain? Can 2 or 3 be taken if so every 4 to 8 hrs or prn as needed? I’m willing to try anything without having the side effects
Maria
Hi Maria, I’m so sorry to hear you’re in a lot of pain. Everyone is different in regards to what will work when taking supplements, so what works for one may or may not work for another. Here’s what the bottle says: Suggested Use for Curamin Extra Strength – “As a dietary supplement to support pain relief and balanced inflammatory response, adults may take one to two capsules per day. May take up to three tablets per day, or as directed by a healthcare professional.” We can’t advise on dosing, but you could also contact Terry Lemerond at TerryTalksNutrition.com and ask him: http://www.terrytalksnutrition.com/just-ask-terry/ask-question/ I wish continued healing from your surgery and relief from the pain. Thanks for checking out our blog!

does curamin help diabetic nerve pain??
especially in the feet?
Hi Carol, no one can say for certain what will work for you, but I can tell you my son-in-law took it after having some issues for quite some time in his feet and he said it was the first time his feet didn’t hurt in 2 yrs! That’s just one anecdotal story, but we hear from customers all the time how it helps them. Here is a reports from the National Institutes of Health that may be of help. Just scroll down to the bottom section.

i am in the process of being diagnosed with lupus, 3 months ago i had a terrible flairup, i found cumarin and began taking it daily, it helped me tremendously….should i or can i take it for preventative reasons. it absolutely worked for me during a tough time , i hesitate to take traditional medicine because it makes my symptoms worse, but this stuff was so effective…..
That is such a great testimonial, Marsha! Thank you for sharing : )
Will this work for migraines? I get them monthly via hormone fluctuations, as well as classic aura types. I am currently taking sumatriptan (imitrix) when they come on. I hate it. And I believe it has caused damage to my eyes. Does anyone have experience with using this for migraines?
In my experience, a better fix for hormone-related migraines is GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) in the form of borage oil, evening primrose or black currant seed oil. A popular choice is Black Currant Seed Oil.
That’s not to say someone wouldn’t experience benefit by using Curamin for a migraine; they probably will. However, daily use of GLA might reduce the possibility of one altogether.
I started taking curamin extra strength, I would like to know. Of any side effects. I have started experiencing stomach problems. It has been loose bowel. Can you please help me. Is curamin made in another form besides capsules?
Donna, the Curamin only comes in capsules or tablets, but the CuraMed come in an effervescent tablet that dissolves in water, if that might be an option.
