Katie describes it as “an unbaked form of those popular white bean chickpea blondies,” and it pretty much is. Even if you’ve never had the pleasure of experiencing the finish blondies, this dip still tastes fantastic. It’s sure to be a hit with everyone on game day!

Healthy Mexican Layer Dip
Seven layer dips are always a huge hit at any party, and if you’re a fan of the taste, but not the level of unhealthiness that may come with them, you’re in luck!
Megan over at Detoxinista offers up a recipe for Mexican layer dip with a healthy twist that still tastes just as delicious as any other you’ve had. She says, “the preparation can be as easy or as labor-intensive as you choose,” which is good news if you’re in a pinch for time.
